bat339 Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "bat339" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to the bat339 online gaming platform accessible at bat339.app and all associated services, games and customer support channels.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the bat339 platform.
• "Account" — the individual registered account held by a Player on bat339, including the PKR wallet and gaming history associated with that registration.
• "PKR Wallet" / "Wallet" — the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your bat339 account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR source, as opposed to bonus credits awarded by bat339.
• "Bonus Balance" — credits granted by bat339 through promotions, welcome offers or ongoing rewards, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying bat339 games before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "Verification" — the process by which bat339 confirms the identity, age and payment ownership of a Player as required for withdrawal processing and regulatory compliance.

To use bat339's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to individuals in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

To be eligible to register and hold a bat339 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of bat339
• Be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold bat339 player accounts
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and Pakistani mobile number

• Not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any person employed by bat339 or its affiliated game providers
• Not hold any existing bat339 account — one account per individual, strictly enforced

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat339 login credentials. Any activity on your account — bets placed, withdrawals requested, personal details changed — is assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bat339 of unauthorised access promptly via our support channels.

bat339 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. Verification is required before bat339 processes any withdrawal from your account. bat339 may also request verification at registration, at any point during your use of the platform, or when unusual activity is detected.

bat339 aims to complete standard verification within 48 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Complex cases involving additional source-of-funds enquiries may take longer. Withdrawals are held pending the completion of verification — bat339 does not process payouts to unverified accounts regardless of the withdrawal amount.

bat339 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion applied:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay — digital wallet transfer
• IBFT Bank Transfer — to bat339's designated bank account
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit at bat339 is Rs 200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day varies by payment method and is displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. bat339 does not charge any deposit fee — however, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges which are outside bat339's control.

Deposits are credited to your bat339 PKR wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment gateway. In rare cases where a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, please contact bat339 support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.

bat339 processes withdrawals of verified Real Money Balances to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a different person's account or to a payment method not linked to the Player's verified bat339 account.

Withdrawal processing timescales at bat339:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes of approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: within the same business day if submitted before 5pm PKT; next business day thereafter
• Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule

bat339 does not charge a withdrawal fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. For accounts that have not yet completed the KYC verification process, bat339 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete — see Section 3.

bat339 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and game-specific rewards to eligible players. The following general rules apply to all bat339 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to fully registered bat339 accounts that have completed at least one qualifying deposit
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once — on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits are eligible for reload and ongoing promotions where applicable
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Real Money
• bat339 sets standard wagering requirements between 20x and 40x the bonus amount — the specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, Live Casino games 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. The contribution table is published on each promotion page
• bat339 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms or remove an individual player's eligibility for promotions if abuse is suspected
• Bonus amounts expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days

All games available on bat339 — including slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, Aviator, fishing games and esports betting markets — operate according to the specific game rules published within each game or betting market. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms and Conditions; in the event of any conflict, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating to that specific game.

Players at bat339 are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, including in live casino chat functions. bat339 reserves the right to mute or ban players from chat features who:

• Use abusive, threatening or discriminatory language directed at dealers or other players
• Attempt to solicit personal information from bat339 dealers or staff through the chat function
• Deliberately attempt to disrupt game play for other participants at shared tables
• Repeatedly make comments that bat339's moderation team determines to be inappropriate regardless of whether they fall into the categories above

bat339 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all digital game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, dice rolls or roulette wheel spins as applicable. bat339 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way and provides verified RTP statistics for all slot titles in the lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat339 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple bat339 accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false personal information at registration or during the KYC verification process
• Using the bat339 platform to process, transfer or obscure funds of illegal origin (money laundering)

bat339 will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during the exclusion period. • Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Internet connectivity issues experienced by the Player, including mobile data interruptions during game play
• Loss of game session data due to disconnection mid-game — bat339 records the last confirmed game state and this record is final in any dispute relating to disconnected sessions
• Any loss of expected winnings, profits or business opportunities alleged to result from bat339 service interruptions

You may close your bat339 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure with a positive Real Money Balance and no outstanding wagering requirements, bat339 will process a final withdrawal to your verified payment method.

bat339 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation
• The account holder has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the time requested
• bat339's compliance team has identified indicators of money laundering, fraud or identity theft associated with the account
• A request has been received from a recognised financial fraud prevention body or law enforcement authority
• bat339 determines in its reasonable discretion that continued account operation presents a reputational, legal or financial risk to the platform

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, bat339 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure results from a regulatory or compliance matter, funds may be held pending investigation resolution. bat339 will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

bat339 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. bat339 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email or mobile number on file.

Your continued use of bat339 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you should stop using bat339 and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bat339 account, game outcomes, transactions or any aspect of the platform's service, please follow the steps below:

Please note that game outcome disputes at bat339 are resolved using the server-side transaction logs which are the authoritative record of all game activity. Disconnection mid-game or device-side display errors do not alter the server record.
